Sundays in Provence


Celebrate any occasion with endless servings of savoury appetizers, salads, egg dishes, live-station of freshly-made risotto, a family sharing of main course, and a delightful dessert and cheese buffet at Mirèio on the 9th floor.

Included are all-time favourites such as the Niçoise salad; eggs benedict and scrambled eggs with truffles; homemade terrine; and fresh mahi-mahi with olive-oil and herbs, to name a few. Among other Provencal-inspired fare for sharing family-style include the classic Clams Marinière sautéed in white wine, roasted chicken served with sweet potato puree on the side, and hearty Oxtail Parmentier topped with potato mousseline. Finally, cap-off this hearty meal with a delightful dessert and cheese buffet. Choose from an assortment of tarte tatins, lavender Mille-Feuille crepes, delectable macarons, and cheese selections. Children will be given special dishes prepared a la minute.
