The Sunday affair welcomes diners with a well-curated buffet feast including a creative continental fare capped with a delightful dessert assortment. The delectable brunch is perfectly complemented by an endless pouring of Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial Champagne, select wines, cocktails, and other beverages for a special price of Php 4,200 per person. The classic Luxe Sunday Brunch without the beverage package is available at Php 2,750 per person.
The flavourful mid-day meal features a luscious spread of savouries including a live carving station highlighting tender Wagyu beef, roasted Porchetta, lamb, a bountiful selection of fresh crustaceans such as lobster, tiger prawns, crabs together with choices of clams and mussels, and a delicious tartare station. Savour culinary specialties such as bouillabaisse, soft boiled egg with foie gras foam, seared foie gras, and steaming risotto created to your liking with porcini, truffles, and aged Parmesan. Partake in a grazing spread lined with a selection of cheese hailing from regions all over Europe, charcuterie, homemade terrines, and antipasti. Cap off the lunch with an exquisite variety of desserts such as Mirèio’s classic lavender brûlée, dark chocolate Black Emperor cake, pistachio and raspberry religieuse, fruity calamansi meringue éclair, and a wide array of macarons, among others.
