The gustatory mid-day meal presents an abundant selection of savoury items such as a carving station featuring tender Wagyu beef, perfectly roasted porchetta and lamb, a bountiful selection of fresh seafood including lobsters, tiger prawns, crabs, and an assortment of clams and mussels, along with smoked salmon and Bayonne ham tartine to name a few. Have a fill of piping hot risotto made on the spot with porcini, truffles, and aged Parmesan. A grazing table decked with a collection of cheeses hailing from regions around Europe, charcuterie, homemade terrine, and antipasti are also available to indulge in. As the perfect ending, enjoy a variety of delightful desserts like the dark chocolate Black Emperor cake, Mirèio’s classic lavender crème brûlée, pistachio and raspberry religieuse, fruity calamansi meringue éclairs, and an array of macarons.
