An all-time favorite using tempranillo wine, twisted with pure raspberry puree and homemade thyme syrup made with artisanal cognac-based dry curacao and fragrant rum from rum producers in the top three Caribbean countries. The secret is the artemisia sweet vermouth that adds great complexity and balances well over the fruitiness and sweetness of the other ingredients.

Service suggestion: Shake vigorously before serving. Pour in a wine glass with three large round ice cubes, and garnish with the selection of complimentary spices to your liking.
