Cognac Manhattan (500mL)


A French twist on a great American classic, using fine champagne cognac VSOP instead of rye whiskey, and adding a touch of chocolate absinthe liqueur to create a surprising touch of complexity and herbaceous sweetness, giving it a chocolate long finish.

Service suggestion: Shake well before serving chilled in a glass, garnished with dehydrated orange wedges and peels.
