Mirèio Turns Two


Celebrate Mirèio’s second anniversary with a gastronomic feast.

Enjoy our one-for-one offer on a selection of Mirèio’s popular dishes from December 12 to 15. Delight in appetizers such as Mirèio’s signature smoked salmon tartare with Granny Smith apple and Dijon mustard cream, Niçoise salad, soft-boiled egg topped with caviar on a cauliflower purée, and the traditional Provençal pistou soup among others. For the main course, you may choose from savoury favourites like the roasted Australian lamb rack, tender duck breast and foie gras on roasted grapes, crispy braised pork belly served with a green pea fricassée, pan-seared salmon on a bed of tomato confit and garnished with wilted spinach, and the very Provençal slow-cooked oxtail parmentier. Finally, have a fill of time-old French desserts such as the well-loved lavender crème brûlée, 65% Maracaibo chocolate mousse with truffle and hazelnut crunch, and delightful cream puff with salted caramel ice cream and nougatine. Pair each delicious dish with fine wine, where two glasses can be enjoyed at the price of one.
