Hearty, savoury, and satisfying selections such as the classic Chef’s Bouillabaise,Clams Mariniere with Raz-el Hanout Spices, traditional Puff Pastry Filled with Chicken and Foie Gras Pate, the very Provençal slow-cooked Oxtail Parmentier, Steak Frites, and Lamb Shoulder Stew are among the many delicious offerings. A choice of traditional desserts with a twist are also available to cap each meal like the signature Lavender Crème Brulee, Apple Tarte Tatin with Vanilla Ice Cream, Brie and White Chocolate Cheesecake, and more.
