Acclaimed one-star Michelin Chef Benjamin Collombat of Chateau de Berne’s Le Jardin de Benjamin in Provençe, France, will be the featured chef for two nights of exclusive dining at Mirèio. Gourmets and food connoisseurs will definitely enjoy this one-of-a-kind dining experience held on March 19 and March 20 starting from 7 p.m. onwards. Indulge in a curated five-course dinner paired with vintage wines, which can be enjoyed at PHP 5,500 per person. This pop-up event is held in partnership with Turkish Airlines and the Vintage Wine Company.
A rising star in French cuisine, Chef Benjamin trained alongside famous chefs, including Philippe Da Silva and Guy Martin, and made a name for himself through his unique and pioneering play on regional specialties from the hilltop villages of Haut-Var. In his restaurant, which is located in one of Provence’s most beautiful vineyards, Collombat uses fresh, seasonal ingredients from the rustic hilltops to create his special culinary masterpieces.
Chef Benjamin will take Manila’s epicures on a gastronomic journey to the south of France that celebrates his distinctive, season-inspired and innovative culinary philosophy.
